This website was created to inform investors about Mocama Brewing Company, a new craft brewery in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The beer names and styles are conceptual, the logos and artwork are representative of just one of many potential directions for the Mocama brand.  Prior to opening in October 2018, our brand strategy, positioning, and architecture will be fully developed.  

 

This 'INVESTORS' tab is the business plan for Mocama LLC (also referred to herein as “the Company,” and just “Mocama”). Mocama LLC has so far been funded by its founders and created with the assistance of a core group of craft brewing industry professionals. Mocama is in the process of raising $3,250,000 through the issuance of Series A Preferred Units.
